Perspective
A growth mindset absolutely supports change. A change in perspective is often the most challenging task to tackle. How does one even change thinking?
Get in the habit of challenging thoughts. Not questioning or doubting, challenging. The brain is all about neuroplasticity so it becomes a mental workout to start making new pathways for thoughts outside of previous patterns. It gets easier but prepare to fight yourself. Situations are situations. How they’re seen gives those situations meaning. You give it meaning. So why not work to bring more positive thoughts?
Obstacles become challenges for growth. Mishaps become opportunities for change. Things not working out become new paths to explore. Why not? Stay miserable in the negative or flip the script and enjoy something in the outcome. You’ve already survived every day, time to live.
