My Library
Below is a list of books I’ve read or am reading and enjoy. I’ll be adding to this list but all of them I recommend to those who enjoy reading or benefit from using books as another way of learning.
Some topics cover trauma, abuse, and substance abuse so be aware there may be triggers. I recommend reviewing the cover page before reading if you know certain topics can be difficult. I struggled with some of the books myself and had to take breaks or process them with colleagues. It’s ok, and it’s ok to not read any of the books. Life goes on.
